The area makes rent price high alongside with home mortgages. If the price of rent at the time is very similar or close to the price of a house mortgage maybe it would be wise to consider taking advantage of Anaheim home rental. This could be a wise choice for someone who wants the perks of having a home buy also renting it so they don’t have to do as much work around the house, but I will leave that up to you to figure out which is the more finically sound choice.
